Louise has something to say about vestiges. In contrast with the current tendency to render sacred objects of the past, placing them in museums and declaring them historical monuments, her sculptures are simply contemporary vestiges in which the ordinary contemporary setting is underlined.
Reccurent themes in her work in the “Vibration” series are traces of age and the human fight against the passage of time. She offers a singular and serene vision in her sculpture series “Earth”.
